In Field Guide to the Human Condition, Adrian S. Potter has written a book of poems about how one rebuilds oneself after grief, heartbreak, and challenges. Adrian S. Potter has won several writing awards, including the 2022 Lumiere Review Prose Contest, the 2014 Lebanon Poets’ Society Free Verse Poetry Contest and the 2006 Cervena Barva Press Fiction Chapbook Prize. His debut poetry collection Everything Wrong Feels Right, was published by Portage Press in 2019. His work has appeared in more than 250 literary journals, magazines, and websites, including North American Review, Kansas City Voices, Obsidian, Blue Earth Review, and The Broken Plate.
